On Site Parking:
Visitors to “The Historic Villages at Cape Henry” will now be allowed to park on site to tour the First Landing Foundation project on Fort Story Army Base.
Access is through the Fort Story entrance at Gate #1, located at the north end of Virginia Beach at 89th Street and Atlantic Avenue. All entrants 16 years and older must present a valid driver’s license. Please allow extra time for security check.
Once inside Fort Story there will be signs to direct you to parking and the Gift Shop. There is a shuttle that runs between the parking lot and The Historic Villages at Cape Henry. Bayside House (Bldg. 711) / Gift Shop is located between the Cape Henry Memorial and St. Theresa Chapel. Parking is available in the lot located at the Cape Henry Memorial. Please do not park on the grass in front of the Bayside House.
