First Landing Foundation
Mission Statement:
The First Landing Foundation is committed to the preservation and restoration of the natural and cultural resources of Fort Story and through extension the maritime history of the surrounding region through proceeds generated by heritage tourism. In order to accomplish its goals through outreach and educational programming, the First Landing Foundation has formed a partnership with the US Army and other organizations to create public awareness of the importance of resource stewardship while supporting the mission of the installation.
